ABOUT MICKI
A native of Southern California, Micki Duran has been a professional dancer since the age of 12, performing in commercials, films, television, music videos, Award shows and on tour most notably with Ricky Martin, Babyface and Backstreet Boys.
She’s taken her dance training and work ethic into her fitness and wellness practice as a certified Yoga trainer, Dance Teacher and Cardio Barre instructor. In her signature online class Cardio Sculpt™, Micki infuses parts of all her practices to create a cardio-based, circuit training focused on a stronger core, leaner muscle and increased endurance, balance and mobility.
